Crisis support is a service designed to offer help and guidance to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis or emotional distress. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling to cope with a difficult situation, or in need of someone to talk to, crisis support provides a safe and non-judgemental space to share your feelings and explore your options.

How We Offer Crisis Support
At V.L.A.D. Outreach, we currently provide crisis support via email or requested call-backs. While we are unable to offer immediate assistance or live support at this time, we are committed to responding to all enquiries as promptly as possible. Your concerns will be treated with the utmost care, and we will get back to you as quickly as we can to offer the support you need.

You’re welcome to express your thoughts and feelings, and our team will respond as soon as possible, offering guidance and a listening ear.
