At V.L.A.D. Outreach CIC, we are excited to welcome volunteers who are passionate about mental health and wellbeing and want to contribute to our mission of providing vital services to the community. As we continue to expand our outreach, we are actively seeking dedicated individuals with a variety of skills and experiences to join our team.

We are currently looking for volunteers and we are especially keen to hear from:

​

• Counsellors (including trainees with fitness to practice, looking for placements): Whether you are a fully qualified counsellor or a trainee, we would love to have your expertise on board.

• Peer-mentors: Individuals with lived experience of mental health, addiction, or other relevant challenges, who are passionate about supporting others through their journey of recovery and growth.

• Drivers: If you have a clean driving licence and can assist with transporting staff to different locations, your support would be greatly appreciated.

• Translators: We want to make our services accessible to everyone, so if you have language skills and can assist with translation, we would be delighted to have you join our team.

• Art Therapists: If you have experience in creative therapies or are qualified as an art therapist, we would love to incorporate your skills into our workshops and therapeutic services.

• App Developers: As we expand our digital services, we are seeking app developers to help build a user-friendly application that will allow our clients to easily access the support they need.

• Psychology Students on Placement: If you are a psychology student looking for placement opportunities, we welcome your involvement. This is a great chance to gain practical experience while contributing to a meaningful cause.

• A Person Passionate about the Cause: Even if your skills don’t fall into any of the categories listed above, we are always looking for individuals who are dedicated to our mission and eager to help in whatever way they can. We are confident there is a place for you to make a positive impact.
